How to cook broccoli for a snack: a hearty dish for both children and adults
Broccoli is a very healthy product that can be eaten as a snack or as a side dish. It can be deliciously baked in the oven, fried in batter in a pan, boiled, added to salads, and even baked.
- broccoli - 600 g
- eggs - 8 pcs
- cream (fat) - 200 ml
- milk - 150 ml
- butter - 10 g
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to separate the florets from the head of the cabbage. Boil them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
2. To make the dressing, mix eggs, cream, milk, salt, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Put the boiled broccoli in a baking dish, pour the dressing over it, and top with a few slices of butter.
4. Bake at 170 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal!
