Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 500 gr
  • Red onion - 1 pc
  • Chili - 1 pc
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Ground cumin - ½ tsp.
  • Coriander - ½ tsp.
  • Chaat masala - 1 ½ tsp.
  • Black cumin - 1 tsp.
  • Green mango powder - ½ tsp.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
  • Chickpea flour - ¼ cup
  • Oil - for frying

Method of preparation

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and mash them.

2. Chop the onion, cilantro, chili and garlic.

3. Heat the spices in a frying pan over medium heat and chop.

4. Fry the onion in 1 tbsp of oil.

5. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with all the spices, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the minced meat for 4-5 minutes.

6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
