Homemade granola with raisins and berries: a great option for quick breakfasts

Homemade granola is an extremely tasty and healthy breakfast that will impress anyone. Of course, you can buy granola in the store, which makes it much easier. However, it will never be as tasty as the one prepared at home using quality products.

Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared how to make granola at home on Instagram. She showed the best way to eat this dish to make it as healthy as possible.

Ingredients

  • quick oats - 300 g
  • honey - 100 g
  • coconut oil - 50 ml
  • raisins or cranberries - 70 g
  • walnuts - 80 g
  • freeze-dried berries - 20 g

Method of preparation

1. Take a large bowl. Pour oatmeal into it, add coconut oil and mix.

2. Add honey and stir.

3. Add nuts and mix again.

4. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

5. Bake 180 degrees for 15 minutes, setting to lower heating with convection or just convection. During baking, open the oven and stir the granola from time to time.

6. Wash and dry the raisins. Add them after 15 minutes and bake for another three minutes.

7. Take the sheet out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.

8. Put the granola in a bowl and add the freeze-dried berries.

9. Serve with kefir or thick white yogurt.
