Fury addressed Usyk in one word while answering a question from Ukrainians. Video
The owner of the World Boxing Council (WBC) belt, Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs), continues to speak disrespectfully of Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs). The Gypsy King, as the British boxer is called, does not miss an opportunity to criticize the Ukrainian, whom he is to fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion.
This time, Fury distinguished himself with his traditional mockery of Usyk in Riyadh, where he will fight boxing debutant and former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) champion Francis Ngannou on October 28. After the request of Ukrainian journalists to sand a message to our compatriot, the Briton responded with just one word.
"Sausage!" Fury exclaimed. The video was posted on the LuckyPunch project's Instagram page.
Earlier, Tyson said he was not interested in the title of absolute world champion. He also made an ultimatum to Usyk about the upcoming fight, threatening to sue him. Before that, Anthony Joshua (26-3, 23 KOs) revealed sensational details of Oleksandr's fight against Tyson. In addition, the Briton gave his forecast for the historic confrontation between the Ukrainian and his compatriot.
In turn, Fury's manager Spencer Brown spoke about the secret conversation between Tyson and Oleksandrr. The Ukrainian himself commented on the fight against the Briton in an original way, calling his opponent an avatar and questioning one of the terms of the deal.
The International Boxing Federation (IBF) has made its demand for the Usyk-Fury fight to take place. The World Boxing Organization (WBO) responded to the organization of the fight between Oleksandr and Tyson by naming a contender for the winner's titles. And former world champion Andy Ruiz named the main problem of the British rival of the Ukrainian.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, Oleksandr Usyk called Tyson Fury a "pot-bellied handsome" and sent him his regards. The Ukrainian boxer also spoke about the imminent end of his career. Oleksandr's promoter Krasiuk named a condition under which the fight with Fury could be canceled. In turn, former world champion in two weight categories Timothy Bradley revealed a detail that would make Tyson helpless in a confrontation with our compatriot.
