FC Bayern Munich wants to sign "a sensational player of the Ukrainian national team"
FC Bayern Munich is interested in Girona's Ukrainian striker Viktor Tsygankov, AS.com reports citing Bild. Tsygankov's contract with Girona runs until 2027. Under the contract, Dynamo Kyiv will receive 50 percent of the sale.
In their article, the authors of the Spanish media outlet speak favorably of our compatriot.
"Viktor Tsygankov is undoubtedly one of the sensations of La Liga. Since signing for Girona during last season's winter market, the 25-year-old Ukrainian winger has earned praise for his qualities and the way he has adapted to Spain's elite football division. His arrival caused a sensation among the Red and White fans and after his first few games, he showed that the five million euros Girona paid for his move from Dynamo Kyiv will be paid back at the speed of light," AS.com said.
Tsygankov's market value is currently 22 million euros. "Bayern have already sent their scouts to games with the Ukrainian.
According to journalists, Girona will not sell Tsygankov for less than 30 million euros. And even more so if we take into account that if the club is sold, Girona will only have 50 percent of the total transfer amount.
Viktor has played 8 matches this La Liga season, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
Tsygankov is currently recovering from a back thigh injury.
