"He is not a fool": Russian Povetkin on the fight between Usyk and Fury
The owner of the World Boxing Council (WBC) belt, Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs), will look completely different in his fight against Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) than he did in his fight with Francis Ngannou (0-1, 0 KOs). The Gypsy King, as the Briton is called, will take the Ukrainian seriously and will not give him a gift like with the Cameroonian.
This opinion was expressed by former world champion Alexandr Povetkin in an interview with the "Ushataika" YouTube channel. Russian former boxer noted that it is difficult for him to name a clear favorite in the confrontation between Usyk and Fury, and noted the strength and skills of both opponents.
