Delicious salad with smoked chicken: an interesting and simple option for the New Year

A food blogger with the nickname nisenitnitsia shared a recipe for one of these salads on Instagram. She suggested preparing it in a culinary ring with smoked chicken and croutons.

Ingredients

• Smoked chicken fillet - 250 gr
• Mayonnaise
• Tomatoes
• Salt
• Chinese cabbage
• Boiled eggs - 3 pcs
• Hard cheese

• Bread
• Salt
• Smoked paprika
• Butter and vegetable oil

Method of preparation

1. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into cubes and place on a plate with a cooking ring. Cover with mayonnaise.

2. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them on the chicken.

3. The next layer is chopped Chinese cabbage. Cover with mayonnaise.

4. Next, put a layer of grated boiled eggs.

5. Finish the salad with a layer of hard cheese. Cover with mayonnaise.

6. Prepare the croutons. Roll the bread in a mixture of salt, paprika, and oil and toast in the oven.

7. Put the croutons on the salad and remove the cooking ring.
