Initially, it was planned that the rematch between Usyk and Fury would take place on October 12, but the organizers of the grand show in Saudi Arabia decided to change the date of the fight due to the Ukrainian's condition.

"The first fight was incredible, the greatest fight of the 21st century. An incredible heavyweight fight, there's no other way to put it. They left nothing in themselves, they both gave it their all. And they would like to do this dance in the ring again. The rematch was postponed because Usyk was injured, which means he won't be able to be in shape until October. But it's the perfect date for the fight, give them both time to recover from a very hard fight," Warren said.

The day before, the date of the rematch between Oleksandr and Tyson was officially announced. It is not yet known whether all the belts will be on the line for the second fight.

It was planned that Usyk would be deprived of the title of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), but three reasons were given why it is beneficial for promoters and organizations to leave all the belts to the Ukrainian. At the same time, our boxer's team will appeal to the IBF to make an exception for mandatory defense.

Earlier, former world champion Carl Froch named the main culprit behind Tyson's defeat of Oleksandr. He also expressed confidence that Usyk should end his career.
