Ingredients
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 3-4 pcs
- broccoli - 1 pc
- oil - 3-4 tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
- grated hard cheese - 30 g
The way of preparation
- oil - 3 tbsp
- tomato puree - 300 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- parsley
- dill
Method of preparation
1. Cut the potatoes and peppers into slices.
2. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half or quarters.

3. Cut the broccoli into florets.
4. Add the breadcrumbs, cheese and spices. Mix thoroughly.

5. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 degrees (convection mode) for 30 minutes.
