Children's psyche is vulnerable and weak and the sounds of sirens and explosions, as well as anxiety and worrying about loved ones, affect the mental health of children negatively. Their immunity is not formed yet and it is much more difficult for them to live through such stressful situations.

Children perceive everything differently and rely on the behavior and emotions of their parents. Therefore, it should be remembered that the feelings and reactions of loved ones have a significant impact on the child's condition.
To calm the baby and reduce anxiety, the adult needs to learn to stay calm, avoid psychological tensions in the family and form a personal replacement skill for the child.
The substitution skill will help the child to show stress without hiding under the bed, in the closet or any other place during anxiety. You need to teach your child to approach you when they are experiencing anxiety and fear right away. Hug and comfort the baby.
This way, anxiety is replaced with warmth and tenderness. Read a book to the baby, turn on a favorite cartoon or give a toy.
Remember that parents are an example and mentors for the child, so your stress reaction can negatively affect the psyche of the baby. Stay calm and try to master your emotions.
