Ingredients
- Pita bread
- Salad
- Chicken fillet
- Tomato
- Mozzarella
- Provencal herbs
- Paprika
- Salt
Ingredients for the sauce
- Yolk - 1 pc
- Garlic ½ clove
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil ½ tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, add salt, pepper, herbs of Provence and paprika. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
