What to make with cauliflower for a snack: a great meal in 20 minutes
Cauliflower is a healthy, dietary and nutritious vegetable that should be added to your diet. It can be delicious when boiled, fried in batter and baked with cheese. Dishes based on cauliflower are easy to prepare and perfect for lunch, dinner and snack.
- cauliflower - 1 pc
- eggs - 3-4 pcs
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- garlic 1-2 cloves
- salt, pepper
- hard cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to boil cabbage in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
2. When ready, divide the cabbage into florets and place in a baking mold.
3. To prepare the filling, you need to grate cheese on a grater. Then mix it with eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Squeeze garlic.
4. Pour the resulting filling over the cabbage.
5. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
