Ingredients
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Hard cheese - 100 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Baby mozzarella
- Ham
- Tomato
- Dried basil
- Parsley
The way of preparation
1. Roll both sheets of pita bread and cut them like spaghetti dough.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and milk. Beat with a whisk. Mix with the pita bread and add the cheese.
4. Put the mixture on a frying pan with heated oil. Smooth out the layer.

5. Put the filling into a pizza shape. Fry over low heat under the lid.
