What can be used to make homemade marmalade: very simple ingredients and minimum time
Is it possible to make marmalade at home, and one that even the smallest children will be delighted with? No problem!
All you need to do is follow the advice of a food blogger with the nickname retsepty_dlya_ditey. After all, it was she who shared on her Instagram how to make homemade apple and carrot marmalade.
Carrot marmalade.

Ingredients:
- Carrot puree - 60 gr
- Apple puree - 100 g
- Orange juice - 40 ml
- Coconut semolina - 1 tsp (can be left out)
- Agar agar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare carrot and apple puree. To do this, bake the required amount of food in a microwave sleeve and then whip it with a blender.
Combine the ingredients.

2. Add semolina, juice, and agar agar to the mashed potatoes.
Whisk until smooth.

3. Put everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.
4. Grease marmalade molds with butter and pour in the mixture.

5. Leave it until it hardens completely. The marmalade is ready.
