This incredible dish is for lovers of the combination of potato and mozzarella cheese flavors. This dish is easy to prepare, fast, and without the addition of expensive ingredients. And you can even make it with yesterday's potatoes.

Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes - 400 gr
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 gr
- Salt - 3 gr
- Starch - 30 g
- Sugar - 5 g
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation
1. Squeeze the potatoes through a press. Add salt, sugar, starch.
