Pate or bean spread can be a great option for breakfast or a snack. This nutritious and vitamin-rich dish will satiate even the hungriest person and give strength to the body.
The recipe for a simple version of bean paste was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname myroslava_pekariuk. By the way, the spread contains ingredients that are almost always available in the fridge.
Ingredients
- beans - 1 can
- creamy melted cheese - 1 pack
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- herbs
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
2. Drain beans and put them into the blender bowl.
3. Chop processed cheese, boiled egg and garlic and add to the beans.
4. Add salt, pepper, and onion to the beans and whisk until smooth.
5. Add chopped herbs and mix everything.
6. Serve with toasted bread.
