Ingredients
- Cod liver - 1 b
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp
- Lettuce leaves
- Tartlets - 12 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Put the cod liver in a bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add the eggs, grated on a coarse grater, and diced cucumber.
3. Finely chop the green onion and add to the bowl with the mayonnaise.
4. Add spices to taste and mix until smooth.
5. Put part of the lettuce leaf and liver mixture on the bottom of the tartlet.
