A food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona shared on Instagram how to prepare such an unusual dish without spending a lot of time. She also showed how to create a real crispy beauty from an ordinary tortilla.

Ingredients
- Mini tortilla - 5 pcs
- Egg - 1 pc
- Breadcrumbs for the tortilla
- Minced meat - 300 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Iceberg salad, or any other salad
- Favorite cheese
- Greens
- Sauce of your choice
Method of preparation
1.Grease the tortilla with egg on one side, roll in breadcrumbs and hang between 2-3 oven racks.
Fry the tortilla.

2.Bake for 3-5 minutes at 180 degrees and check constantly for doneness. The tortilla should be crispy, but not so much that it starts to crumble.

3. Fry the minced meat with the onion until cooked. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
