Ingredients
- young cabbage - 400 gr
- cucumber - 2 pcs
Ingredients for the dressing
- avocado - 1 pc
- greens - 30 g
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- juice of half a lemon
- water - 2 tbsp
- salt - ½ tsp
- nuts - 15 g
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop young cabbage. You can also use regular cabbage. But then you need to chop it finely and squeeze it well with your hands to make it much softer.
