Potato zrazy with cabbage: how to cook a nourishing dish
Potato zrazy are special patties made of potato dough, based on mashed potatoes. They can be prepared with different fillings: vegetables, minced meat, mushrooms, meat, liver, liver and cheese.

- flour - 4-5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the stuffing, shred and sauté the cabbage until soft.
2 Separately chop the onion and grate the carrots, fry the vegetables until soft.
3. Roast carrots and onions add to the cabbage, add spices and stew all together for 2-3 minutes.
4. To make the dough, boil the potatoes in their jacket, cool completely and peel them. Mashed potato the cooked potatoes.
5. Add the egg, flour, salt and pepper to the potatoes. Stir to combine.
6. Shape the zrazy with the stuffing, roll them in flour and fry on both sides until tender.
