Ingredients
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Feta - 200 gr
- Provencal herbs
- Black pepper
- Green onions or spinach
- Filo dough
- The oil
Method of preparation
1. Mix the egg with the spices, add the cheese and herbs. Form a homogeneous consistency.
2. Fold the Filo dough sheet in half and divide it into two parts.
3. Put the filling on the edge of the slice and roll it into a triangle.
4. Grease the triangles with oil and bake for 6 minutes at 200 degrees.
