- minced meat - 500 gr
- potatoes - 500 gr
- salt

- paprika

The way of cooking
1. Peel and grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
2. Prepare minced meat or use store-bought one.
3. Mix the potatoes with the minced meat, add salt, pepper, paprika and dried garlic. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
4. Form small patties with wet hands.
5. Heat the frying pan with oil and put the cutlets on it.
6. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
7. Put the finished cutlets on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
