Meatloaf or meat bread: a simple recipe for nutritious comfort food

Food blogger Valentyna Kushch shared a recipe for this kind of food. On Instagram, she shared how to make a hearty and extremely tasty meat bread.
Ingredients for a 20x10 cm baking dish
- Minced meat – 800 gr
- Onion – 1 pc
- Garlic – 5 cloves
- Parsley – a bunch
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Breadcrumbs – 70 gr
- Milk – 100 ml
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Ingredients for the sauce
- Ketchup – 100 grams
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry garlic
- Dry onion
- Smoked paprika
Method of preparation
1. Blend the onion and garlic in a blender and add a few tablespoons of cold water.
2. Chop the herbs.
3. Mix all the ingredients with the minced meat.
4. Cover the baking dish with parchment.
5. Put the resulting mass into the mold and tamp it down.
6. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
7. During this time, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients.
8. Take the bread out of the fridge, brush it with the sauce, and put it in the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.
9. When serving, pour the sauce again.
