Salad with chicken and pickled m ushrooms is a very effective and colorful salad with mayonnaise for a festive table. This dish is made from affordable and budget-friendly ingredients that combine well with each other.

Food blogger Natalia Parkhomenko shared a recipe for a festive salad with chicken and pickled mushrooms on her YouTube channel (Natasha Parkhomenko).

Salad recipe with chicken and pickled mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • marinated mushrooms - 150 g
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
  • water - 100 ml
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper
  • seasoning for chicken
  • dill, pickled mushrooms (for decoration)

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the onion, then marinate with vinegar, sugar and water. Leave for 30 minutes.

2. Wash and dry the fillet. Cut it lengthwise into two parts. Sprinkle each of them with salt, pepper and seasoning on both sides.

3. Fry the fillet until tender, then cut into cubes.

4. Grate boiled eggs and cheese, cut mushrooms in half.

5. Put the mold on a flat plate, grease the bottom with mayonnaise. Put the ingredients for the salad in layers: chicken, mayonnaise, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, mushrooms, mayonnaise, cheese.
