Ingredients for the filling:
- Apples - 4 pcs
- Sugar - 1-2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Nuts and raisins - optional
Ingredients for the dough:
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Sugar - 50-100 grams
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- Flour - 120 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater.
2. Add sugar and cinnamon to the mixture.
3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put the apples on it. Smooth it out well and add nuts or raisins if desired.
