Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage - 150g
  • Cucumber - 150g
  • Chicken fillet - 150g
  • Eggs - 3
  • Canned peas - 100g
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation

1. Wash the Chinese cabbage, pat it dry with paper towels, and finely chop it.

2. Boil the fillet in salted water, cool it, and divide it into fibers.

3. Add chopped cucumber, eggs and peas. Mix well.

4. Mix the sour cream with the mustard and dress the salad.
