Ingredients
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 200 gr
- sugar - 180 gr
- flour - 400 gr
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
1. Add odorless vegetable oil to eggs. Mix well.
2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
4. Form balls, press down a little, roll in sugar, and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Bake in a preheated 180° oven for about 15-20 minutes.
