A food blogger with the nickname ya.na.cooking shared her recipe for the perfect healthy breakfast. On her Instagram, she explained how to make a dish with tortilla, pesto sauce, and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- egg - 2 pcs
- tortilla
- ham
- cheese
- pesto sauce with tomatoes
- tomato
The way of cooking
1. Break eggs into a separate container and beat with a fork. Add salt.
2. Pour into a frying pan, forming a pancake. Put the tortilla on top.
3. Turn the tortilla over so that the egg is on top. Put sliced ham, cheese and tomatoes on one half of the tortilla.
4. Remove from the heat. Spread the second half of the tortilla with pesto sauce and fold it in half.
5. Cut the dish in half and serve.
