Today we are going to cook a delicious chicken and bacon roll that will feed the whole family.
The recipe for this roll was shared by a food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko. On her Instagram, she talked about all the intricacies of cooking this wonderful dish, as well as the ingredients you need.
Ingredients
- Bacon - 200-300 gr
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Ham - 150 gr
- Toasted cheese - 150 gr
- Pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper
The way of cooking
1. Spread out the cling film and put the bacon on it so that the pieces overlap.
2. Cut the chicken fillet and make large chops out of it. Put it on the bacon, add salt and pepper.
3. Top with ham, toasted cheese, and thinly sliced pickles.
4. Roll up the roll and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Remove the cling film.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
