Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 30 g
- Tomato - ½ pc
- Mozzarella - 30 g
- Onion - 20 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs

The way of cooking
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the mushrooms, cut into random pieces.
2. Fry the mushrooms, then add the tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the eggs beaten with a fork into the second frying pan and bake the pancake on both sides.
4. Add the grated cheese to the vegetables and keep it on the fire until it melts.
5. Put the filling on the pancake and fold it in half, and then in half again.
