Ingredients
- whole chicken - 1 pc
- oil
- salt
- favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Wash the chicken and cut it in half along the breast.

3. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.

4. Pour salt into a disposable foil baking container to form a bed. You can even use a whole packet. Smooth it out.

5. Put the chicken on the salt and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. It is important not to open the oven for 1-1.5 hours.
6. Take the chicken out after about an hour and a half.
