Cereal bars for a snack in 30 minutes to make kids happy

Energy bars are an ideal option for healthy sweets, a dessert for tea and a tasty snack. They can be prepared with oatmeal, pearl and dried fruits or supplemented with seeds or nuts. You don't need flour or sugar.
Food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for dried fruit bars that you make in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- apricots + dates - 100 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- coconut shavings - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Soak dried fruits in boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Drain the water and grind the fruits with a blender along with the nuts until smooth.
3. Add shavings to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Place the mixture on parchment and roll out with a rolling pin to form a 1 centimeter thick square. Cut it into bars.
5. Bake at 80 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy your appetite!
