Ingredients
- cauliflower - 1 kg
- eggs - 4 pcs
- sour cream - 200 gr
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- hard cheese - 150 gr
Method of preparation
1. Divide the cabbage into florets and boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic for the filling.
3. Allow the cabbage to cool slightly and put it in a baking dish. Pour the filling over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
