Budget cucumber salad without mayonnaise: a dish for all occasions
Cucumber and onion salad is a budget and delicious dish for all occasions. It is prepared from two main ingredients and, importantly - without mayonnaise. So the salad is quite dietary and even healthy.
Foodblogger AlinaFooDee on her YouTube channel(Alina FooDee) shared a recipe for a salad made of cucumbers, onions and without mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 6 pcs
- red onion - 0,5 pcs
- herbs
- ground pepper
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- vinegar - 2 tsp.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into rings, add salt, mix and leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

2. Cut the onions in half rings, add vinegar and sugar, mix and leave to marinate for a few minutes.
3. Chop the herbs.

4. Remove the cucumbers from the refrigerator and strain off excess juice. Add onions, herbs, spices and dress with sour cream. Bon appetit!
