- beets - 1-2 pcs
- chinese cabbage - 150-200 g
- honey - 1\2 tsp.
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- Unrefined oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the beets in advance until they are ready. When ready, grate them on a grater.
2. Shred the cabbage and greens.
3. For the dressing, mix all the necessary ingredients.
4. Mix all the ingredients, dress the salad and leave it for an hour to infuse.
