Ingredients for 6 pcs
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 100 gr
- milk - 130 gr
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- vinegar - 5 ml
- flour - 120 g
- cocoa - 30 g
- baking soda - 3 gr
- chocolate chips - 50 g

- cream cheese - 175 gr
- powdered sugar - 40 g
- cream 33% - 100 ml
Method of preparation
1. Add sugar to the egg and mix well.

2. Pour in milk, oil, and vinegar and mix everything again.
3. Add flour and cocoa. Make sure to sift them. Add baking soda.

4. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Add chocolate chips.
5. Fill the paper cupcake molds halfway with the batter and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

6. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick; it should be free of batter when it comes out.
7. Prepare cream. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and mix until smooth at low mixer speed.

8. Pour in very cold cream and whip until it is stiff, gradually increasing the speed.
9. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a nozzle and pipe it onto the cupcakes.
