First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska met Nobel laureate and Iranian human rights activist Nadya Murad, who visited Ukraine at her invitation. Together they visited heroic Borodyanka so that the laureate could see with her own eyes the consequences of Russian aggression.

Andrei Kostin told Murad that about 190 facts of sexual crimes are currently being investigated by the Office of the Prosecutor General. "We are talking about 136 women and 54 men. The youngest victim is 4 years old and the oldest is 82," the publication said.

Olena Zelenska also explained what the Murad Code is and why it was created. According to her, it has already begun to be used in our country: "The Murad Code is a step-by-step standard for working with victims. The basis of the Code is maximum respect and safety. So that no one has to make the wrong choice between the interests of the individual and the effectiveness of the investigation, both can be combined. I am glad that the Murad Code has already been adopted in Ukraine. It is being studied and applied by rescuers, police officers, doctors and social workers".
