The star of "Kvartal 95" Igor Lastochkin has joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The comedian became a part of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Kholodny Yar".

He announced the news on his Instagram. Igor Lastochkin showed his weapon and military ID. He also admitted that he supports Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"Difficult times give birth to strong people! #oneofthe4%," the soldier captioned the photo.

His hashtag "One of the 4%" points to the recent disinformation from US President Donald Trump when he decided to tell how many Ukrainians support Volodymyr Zelensky. According to him, it is only 4% of the total population of Ukraine.

Then the President of our country spoke out on this issue. He emphasized that such figures are part of a Russian disinformation campaign. Zelensky added that, according to a KIIS poll, his credibility is 57%.

The fact that Ihor Lastochkin is serving in the 93rd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces "Kholodny Yar" was reported by his fellow soldier Angelina Bezotosna, who is serving there. "I am honored to be in the same brigade with you," she wrote in the comments to the photo posted by the comedian.
