In Russia, they have started compiling lists of celebrities who have not given up their iPhones: among them are Putin supporters Sadalsky and Tsyganova

In Russia, Putin supporters were surveyed about the phones they use

A campaign to harass users of Apple products has started in Russia. Initially, several Russian agencies were prohibited from using iPhones for official purposes, and now they have extended their focus to celebrities.

While compiling lists of artists who have not transitioned to domestic technology, it became apparent that these "patriots" can become aggressive when urged to avoid using products from companies that have imposed sanctions on Russia.

For instance, Putin supporter Stanislav Sadalsky, who believes in "curators of the Ukrainian government" and stated that Ukraine has been "annoying Russia since 1991," owns the latest iPhone.

He mentioned that he struggles with a "dependency" on the phone and expressed a desire to move around without communication devices, similar to the Russian authoritarian president Vladimir Putin.

The 15th iPhone model is also used by pro-Kremlin singer Victoria Tsyganova, and TV presenter Dana Borisova, who recently spread rumors about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, revealed that she "cannot get off" Apple technology.

Russian singer Prokhor Chaliapin previously assured that if necessary, he would go to war against Ukrainians and the "decaying West," but at the same time, he uses the American company's products and "has no plans to change anything."

Putin supporter Anastasia Volochkova threw a real tantrum when she heard the question.

"I have an assistant, Lolochka, who has an iPhone, and I gave it to her along with a case bearing the inscription 'Anastasia Volochkova' and my logo. And you're asking me about the model of the phone? Are there no other problems in the country? I would like to request a personal meeting with Foreign Minister Lavrov to discuss real issues that will be aimed at developing art and culture. And you ask me what model of phone I use," the dancer exclaimed.

Some of the other stars interviewed did switch from iPhones to other brands, such as Samsung or Huawei. However, domestic phones - YotaPhone, TaigaPhone, or AYYA - are not popular in Russia for some reason.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that people in the temporarily occupied Sievierodonetsk have been living without mobile communication and the Internet for a long time, and local providers have even stopped promising to restore them. Instead, Ukrainians are advised to use landlines.
