The Guardian: Hezbollah leader threatens Israel with escalation of hostilities

The leader of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, Hassan Nasrallah, praised Hamas militants for the attack on Israel and threatened to escalate hostilities. According to him, Hezbollah will expand its operations against Israel every day.

Nasrallah did not announce that Hezbollah had fully joined the war between Israel and Hamas but warned that fighting on the Lebanese-Israeli border would become more intense. This was reported by The Guardian.

According to the Hezbollah leader, Hamas militants showed good results on October 7 during the attack on Israel, which ended in the deaths of about 1,500 civilians. The terrorist noted that the attack was the result of Palestinian planning and implementation, thus hinting that his organization did not participate in the attack.

At the same time, Nasrallah said that Hezbollah militants "joined the battle" on October 8, and also thanked the terrorist groups in Yemen and Iraq, which are part of the so-called "Axis of Resistance".

The terrorist leader added that operations against Israel will expand every day. Nasrallah made it clear that Hezbollah intended to constrain Israeli troops on the border with Lebanon to prevent the IDF from engaging all its forces in operations in the Gaza Strip. He also warned that further escalation in northern Israel is a real possibility.
