"Found a cellar with sweet potatoes": the network exploded with memes over Lukashenko's plans to find rare earth metals in Belarus

On Tuesday, March 4, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko tasked domestic experts with more active research of their own natural resources. The network exploded with memes in response to the statement.
