An explosion occurs in a shooting range in Tbilisi: two people are killed and some are injured
An explosion occurred at a shooting range in the Georgian capital Tbilisi. Two people died and four others were injured.
The injured were hospitalized, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported on April 7. The ministry clarified that the explosion occurred at the Battleground shooting range at 12 Bochorma Street.
Interior Ministry officials, including firefighters, representatives of the patrol and criminal police, arrived at the scene.
"All necessary measures are being taken," the ministry said.
No reason for the explosion was given.
