Air raid alert caught Scholz while leaving Israel: how the German Chancellor reacted. Photo and video

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz was caught by an air raid alert in Israel. He had to lie down at Ben Gurion Airport with his delegation.
The air raid was heard in Tel Aviv. At that time, Hamas militants attacked the city with rockets, and there were no shelters nearby. The video was posted on Telegram (scroll to the bottom of the page to watch the video).
The German delegation was forced to get off the plane and lie down on the ground.
This happened right on the runway for safety reasons. Scholz was then taken to a shelter. But he still managed to see two air defense explosions.
The plane and the car were checked before departure. Later, the flight departed from Tel Aviv to Cairo.
By the way, the German Chancellor became the first head of government to visit Israel after the Hamas attack on October 7. He expressed his unwavering solidarity with Israel.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, US President Joe Biden will visit Israel and Jordan. He will leave on Tuesday, October 17, amid an escalation that began ten days ago, to get details about the upcoming IDF (Israel Defense Forces) ground operation against Hamas terrorists and to emphasize the need for humanitarian aid to the civilian population of Gaza.
As of October 17, the IDF continues the operation to destroy the military infrastructure in the Gaza Strip and is also fighting back against Lebanese Hezbollah. Several Hamas leaders have already been eliminated, including Osama Mazini, who was responsible for prisoners.
