Zelenskyy says he is ready to visit the front line with Trump if he arrives in Ukraine

Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a conference in Munich

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has publicly invited former US President Donald Trump to Ukraine. If the American politician accepts the invitation, Zelenskyy expressed his readiness to visit the frontline with him.

The head of state said this at the Munich Security Conference. He noted that in the case of discussing ways to end the war, those who intend to make such a decision must see what real war actually means with their own eyes.

"If Trump arrives, I'm ready to visit the front line with him," Zelenskyy said. "If we have a conversation about how to end the war, we must demonstrate what this real war means. Not what they write about on Instagram, but a real war."

The President noted that Ukraine is grateful for the bipartisan support in the United States. He added that he is open and wants partners to know what is really happening in this war.
