The settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, which have been under Russian occupation for nine years, are suffering from devastation and lack of basic amenities. Many towns and villages have been without water, gas and electricity for a long time.
At the same time, the invaders order local residents to repair the broken wires on their own. This was reported by blogger Denis Kazansky on Telegram.
In the temporarily occupied village of Mineralne, Donetsk region, which was "liberated" from the benefits of civilization by the terrorist country Russia 9 years ago, there is no water, gas, or electricity. At the same time, the invaders are in no hurry to carry out repairs.
Local residents who have experienced the "Russian world" say that the Russians ordered them to repair the broken wires on their own.
"They don't promise us anything. We will restore it on our own. They will bring the wire, we will gather men and restore it," says a local resident.
The blogger also showed what Putin's terrorists have turned the town of Rubizhne, Luhansk region, into. Before Russia's full-scale invasion, this town was the center of Ukraine's chemical and pulp and paper industries.
However, with the advent of the "Russian world", not only the industry but also most of the residential buildings disappeared in the city. Now, Rubizhne is a ruin, and the streets of the occupied city are full of chaos, dirt, and disorder.
