Ukrainian Armed Forces thin out enemy ranks and replenish exchange fund in the Liman-Kupiansk sector: details are available

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have thinned out the ranks of the Russian occupiers in the Liman-Kupiansk sector . In particular, our defenders destroyed over a hundred enemy vehicles.

TheDefense Forces also replenished the exchange fund by taking the occupiers prisoner. This was reported by Ilya Yevlash, head of the press service of the Khortytsia military unit.

According to him, during the day the invaders fired 725 times at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this area using all available types of artillery, tanks, and grenade launchers.

They also carried out 29 strikes with kamikaze drones and used enemy aircraft - Su-34 and Su-25 - 10 times.

"From two to six guided aerial bombs are being dropped by Russian fighters in this section of the frontline at a time," noted Yevlash.

There were 11 combat engagements, during which the enemy lost 398 people. At the same time, five occupants replenished the exchange fund.

In addition, our defenders destroyed 138 pieces of weapons and equipment. Among them are six armored personnel carriers, five MT-LBs, ten guns of various types, 15 vehicles, the Strela-10 air defense system, and the Judoist and Strizh electronic warfare stations. Also, 97 Russian drones were shot down.

As a reminder, on Monday, February 19, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Kharkiv region. In particular, the head of state came to the command post of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, which is defending Kupiansk.
