"Ukrainian Armor LLC is proud to announce the successful delivery to Ukraine of the first thousand 122 mm high-explosive fragmentation artillery rounds with a full charge, which are manufactured in partnership with one of the ammunition holdings in Eastern Europe," the statement said.
The company noted that the ammunition will help Ukrainian defenders effectively conduct counter-offensive operations.
"122 mm artillery rounds - "air" for D-30 and 2C1 Gvozdika artillery systems. The 122 mm high-explosive fragmentation shells are effective in hitting enemy positions, defence lines and armoured vehicles. Providing our artillerymen with such rounds is the key to the success of the counter-offensive," the source added.
Ukrainian Armour will continue to supply thousands of shells to our defenders.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, since the beginning of the Russian war, Ukraine, together with its NATO partners, has launched the production of 120 mm mines. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already used thousands of such munitions in the fight against the enemy on the front line.
