On November 9, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a building in occupied Skadovsk, Kherson region, where the 126th Military Investigation Department of the Russian Security Service was located. As a result, 10 occupants were eliminated, including the acting head of the 126th Military Investigation Department of the Russian Federation's SS, Dmitry Katsuba.

This was reported by the Telegram channel "dosye_shpiona". According to it, the strike was carried out with the use of two HIMARS MLRS. It also published photos from the place of the hit.

The missiles hit the building at the exact moment when a morning meeting of the military investigation department was being held there.

According to the author of the Telegram channel, eight killed people are known for sure, but their number is probably 10 as the bodies are so mutilated that they cannot be identified.

However, some names of the liquidated occupants are already known.

"The acting chief of the 126th Military District of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, Dmitry Katsuba, as well as officers Dmitry Kataykin and Nikita Krivtsov are among the dead," the statement said.

In addition to the victims, the occupiers have 10 more wounded soldiers. Members of the 126th Airborne Forces, the military police and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Dagestan are among them.

On November 9, explosions were heard in the occupied Skadovsk. It happened around 9:20 am. It was reported that the enemy's manpower had been hit.

Later, it became known that the two-story building that was hit was home to Russian military investigators. As a result of the shelling, the building was destroyed.
