Two arrivals were near the airport terminal: new details of the Russian attack on Kharkiv. Photos
During the attack of enemy Shahed-136s on Kharkiv on the night of March 11, there were arrivals near the hotel building and near the airport terminal. There is no information about the victims (as of 11:00 a.m. on Monday).
This was reported by the head of the Investigation Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region, Serhii Bolvinov. He shared photos of the aftermath of the Russian strikes on his Facebook page.
Bolvinov said that the Russians attacked the Sloboda district with kamikaze drones after 01:00 on Monday. There were three arrivals in the city.
"They hit a hotel building – it caught fire. Two more arrivals near the airport terminal – windows were smashed and doors damaged. Two cars and windows in two apartments in a building nearby were also damaged," said a police officer.
The photos show that Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with a black Shahed UAV.
Earlier, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that an air strike was recorded on a civilian infrastructure facility in the Sloboda district of Kharkiv. "The facility itself was partially damaged, as well as nearby residential buildings," the official wrote.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of March 11, the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled another attack by Russian Shahed strike UAVs of Iranian design. In the skies over a number of regions, the defenders managed to shoot down 15 out of 25 targets.
