They promised a duty in the Altai region, but sent to Ukraine instead: the AFU captured a Russian from the Far East. Video

Ukrainian soldiers in the Zaporizhzhia sector captured another Russian occupier, a 25-year-old native of Primorsky Krai, Yevhen Belyakov. During the interrogation, the mobilized Russian said that he was promised in the military enlistment office that he would be sent to "guard the border" in the Altai Territory, but instead was thrown to one of the hottest areas of the front.

The occupier also complained about the provision: in the "second army of the world," the mobilized were given torn uniforms, so they had to buy them and everything else they needed at their own expense. The prisoner's story is available to OBOZ.UA.

According to the occupier, he and his fellow soldiers were captured when they decided to leave their positions and ran straight into Ukrainian soldiers.

"We were supposed to be replaced (at our positions - Ed.) in two days. As a result, no one changed us, and on the third day we decided to leave with the commander. And there were your guys on the path... The warning shot in the air was from your side. They told us to approach. We approached, put down our weapons, took out our grenades... They searched us, took our documents," Belyakov said.

He assures that he did not want to go to fight in Ukraine, and when he signed the contract, he was promised that he would serve in the Altai Territory, on the border with Kazakhstan.

"When I came to the military registration and enlistment office, I signed a contract not for the 143rd to serve in Serhiivka (the 143rd motorized rifle regiment of the Russian Armed Forces stationed in Serhiivka - Ed.), but for the 25th Army, in Altai. Well, they offered me to go to the 25th, to guard the border. I said: where is that? They told me it was in Altai. I agreed," Belyaev said.

But instead, he and others like him were sent to Ukraine from a training ground in the Far East.

The occupier assures that they deceived the mobilized not only with the place of service. According to Belyaev, the real situation with the "second army of the world" is far from the one portrayed by propagandists in the Russian media and representatives of the Ministry of Defense in their reports to senior management. Russians who want to make money from the war against Ukraine have to buy almost everything at their own expense.

"In terms of things, there are only things in Sergeevka (at the 249th Combined Arms Sergeevka Training Area in the Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation. - Ed.), and even then they were torn on one side... Otherwise, we bought everything: sleeping bags, rugs, uniforms, boots, rubber boots, a raincoat... All this was bought with our own money," the prisoner of war said. Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that a traitor from Donetsk told how he was captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and named the occupiers' losses in the battle. In particular, when the invaders went to the village of Krasnohorivka in the Avdiivka sector to "take up a circular defense," Ukrainian soldiers shot down Russian armored personnel carriers on the outskirts of the village and destroyed two groups of invaders, eight people in each.

The occupier himself, who was taken prisoner, was seriously wounded and concussed. In captivity, Ukrainian doctors saved him from amputation.
